A dry suit does exactly what its name implies, it seals you off from the surrounding water keeping you comfortable and secure.
Tasmania has some of the best temperate water diving in the world and it gets even better in the winter months.
Becoming a dry suit diver enables you to enjoy your diving throughout the entire year in Tasmania and other temperate water areas, more often and in comfort.
 
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
 
The first thing you’ll discover is which dry suit style and accompanying undergarments are right for you for the diving you’ll do. Then you’ll learn how to take care of your dry suit. During two dives you’ll practice:
 
Putting on and taking off your dry suit with minimal assistance.
Mastering buoyancy control using your dry suit.
Dive safety procedures when using a dry suit.
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
 
You will need to bring all your scuba equipment. We can help supply any accessories you do not have as well as hire scuba equipment for the course if required. 
You will need to provide your own:
Drysuit
Surface Marker buoy
Knife or cutting tool
 
This course can be done all year round.
 
Once you have purchased a course we will email you within 24hrs (or sooner) your PADI eLearning code so you can start with your online study !
