I first became fascinated with the underwater world on a trip to the Ningaloo reef as a teenager and snorkeling from the surface saw the SCUBA divers below, completely immersed in the world that I floated on the edge of. I completed my Open Water Cert as soon as I got home in colder waters for my 15th birthday and was hooked.

 

I worked through my Dive Master training whilst volunteering in shark conservation in Fiji and diving transitioned from a hobby to an integral part of my life. I completed my Instructor course in Thailand in 2019 which has allowed me to be lucky enough to teach and share my love for the ocean. 

 

I am currently studying for a bachelor of Marine and Antarctic Science majoring in Marine Biology and spend as much of my free time in or around water where the quiet underwater world keeps me sane.
