Kelso Advanced Night Dive

Join us for a Wednesday evening bubble at Kelso!

The Tamar has some spectacular diving, but please remember visibility is typically poor and it is required that you carry both a torch and a DSMB.

A backup torch is also recommended.

Kelso has some beautiful sponge gardens around 20-25m along the slope of the channel which we will go explore.

The plan is for a 25m dive, PADI Advanced certification or equivalent is required.

Location: Kelso boat ramp. Will be meeting on the grassed area next to the boat ramp. 

Time: Meet up at 6.15pm for a 6.45pm briefing. The plan is to enter the water and begin the dive at 7.00pm

Please remember that diving in the Tamar is tide-dependent and we will not be hanging around for latecomers. 

Scuba Gear: BYO. Equipment hire is available from Tasmanian Divers (North & South) during business hours.
