Become a PADI Rescue Diver

Your PADI Rescue Diver course teaches you how to deal with dive emergencies, both major and minor. We use knowledge development, rescue training exercises and open water scenarios to teach you how to recognise diver emergencies, as well as techniques which you can use to respond to those emergencies.

  • Self rescue

  • Recognising and managing stress in other divers

  • Emergency management and equipment

  • Rescuing panicked divers

  • Rescuing unresponsive divers

  • PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)

  • Minimum age of 15 years old.

  • Current First Aid and CPR qualification. See our First Aid courses.

Once you have purchased a course we will email your PADI eLearning key-pass within 24 hours, so that you can start your Rescue Course as soon as possible. We will also contact you to introduce ourselves and answer any immediate questions about your PADI course.

PADI Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Diver

course will expand your knowledge and experience level.

Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers.

We often hear “demanding and challenging” from divers taking the course, but in the end most will say it is the best course they have ever done.
