Become a Molchanovs Freediver
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
The Molchanovs Wave 1 (Beginner) course is designed to teach you all the things you will need to be a safe, confident freediver.
Are you new to the water? No dramas. This course caters for anyone from experienced spearos to first time breath holders, finishing being comfortably able to freedive depths of up to 20m on a breath!
Diving deeper, extending your breath hold and bottom time, dive efficiency, relaxation, learning globally recognised safety and rescue procedures, the physics and theory of freediving, how to apply freediving, training for freediving, are just a few of the topics covered.
No matter what level of an underwater enthusiast you are, this course will improve your one-breath underwater life.
